Refunds and Returns Policy

At Ferro Distribution, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with any included accessories and parts. When applicable, the item must be in its original packaging. A copy of the receipt or order invoice is required. Returns submitted without proof of purchase may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns for products that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Items returned after the fourteen (14) day window are not eligible. Customized or special-order items may not be returnable when applicable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at support@ferrodistribution.com. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and a copy of your receipt or invoice. If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Any expedited shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. When you reach out, include photos of the damage, your order number, and a copy of your invoice or receipt.

Exchanges

Ferro Distribution does not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
