Thank you for shopping with Ferro Distribution. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed and shipped.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within one to two business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
During periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Standard shipping typically arrives within three to seven business days after the order has shipped.
For eligible orders, expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional charge. If selected, expedited shipping typically arrives within two to three business days after the order has shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays caused by weather, peak shipping seasons, or service interruptions are outside of our control. Ferro Distribution is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery so we can assist. When you reach out, please include your order number and photos of the damage. If available, including a copy of your receipt or invoice can also be helpful.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. Replacement or refund decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances and carrier findings.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Ferro Distribution is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
