At Ferro Distribution, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging (when applicable)

  • Include all original parts and accessories

  • Be accompanied by a copy of the receipt or order invoice

Returns submitted without proof of purchase may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

  • Customized or special-order items (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A copy of your receipt or invoice

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization if required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival or shipped in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ferro Distribution is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Your order number

  • A copy of your receipt or invoice

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

At this time, Ferro Distribution does not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
