Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Please note:

We do not ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if significant delays occur.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination but typically fall within the following ranges:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Delays
Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or peak shipping periods are outside of our control. Ferro Distribution is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Replacement or refund decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Ferro Distribution is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
